Rise to Royalty Accountability Program

The Rise to Royalty Accountability Program connects women with accountability partners, providing a holistic approach to achieving goals across professional, personal, and spiritual areas. Participants engage in tailored challenge periods designed to match the complexity and depth of their objectives. Programs are delivered on a rolling basis through Queens Unlimited Inc. and are adjusted to meet participants’ evolving needs, ensuring a relevant, impactful, and transformative experience.

Eligibility and Enrollment

To qualify for the Rise To Royalty, participants must:

  • Be an active member of Queens Unlimited for at least three consecutive months.

​

Both virtual and in-person sessions are available, tailored to participants’ locations for optimal engagement.

The program emphasizes clarity of vision, empowerment, and accountability as its foundation for success. Participants will set clear, actionable goals, build confidence through skill development and mentorship, and track progress with a supportive network. By fostering a growth mindset and providing sustainable strategies, the program equips individuals for lasting personal and professional growth.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

  1. Choose Your Category: Select the area you’re ready to elevate in.

  2. Register for the Program: Secure your spot and start your journey.

  3. Get Paired: Participants are matched with an accountability partner or a group of 2–10 women to support and inspire one another throughout the program.

  4. Access Your Rise To Royalty Package: Receive a curated set of resources via email designed to guide you through your journey, ensuring clarity and focus.

  5. Kickoff & Rise: Meet with your accountability group to select one day per week for discussions and progress tracking. From there, your journey begins—focused, intentional, and designed to help you stay accountable and rise through consistent effort and support.
